Job Description
The CHRO PMO will act as a strategic enabler to the CHRO, driving execution of key HR initiatives, transformation programs, and governance frameworks alongside being an HRBP for HR & Admin teams. This role will ensure alignment of HR strategy with business priorities through structured program management, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Drive key HR initiatives across org:
- Oversee & drive strategic execution of various large scale HR initiatives and programs across the entire organization
- Work closely with cross functional business leaders, HR Leaders head in ensuring smooth execution of projects
- Bring in outside in thinking/external perspective to the strategic HR interventions being designed/deployed
- Strategic Program Management
- Help build strategic people updates needed for CEO Reviews/Quarterly Board Meeting/ExCom people updates
- Drive cadences & governance across the HR org - Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key HR programs.
- Collaborate with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards, HRBP teams) and business leaders.
- Leverage HR analytics to develop executive-ready insights & data-driven storytelling/narratives for strategic decision-making.
- HRBP for HR & Admin
- HRBP for HR & Admin Teams: Drive Workforce planning, Hiring, Induction, Org redesign/structures, Engagement, Learning, Performance/Talent Reviews etc.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR Leadership team members
Qualifications

- 4–8 years of experience in HRBP, COE, or program management roles.
- Prior experience working closely with CHRO / CXO level stakeholders preferred.
- Experience in managing large-scale HR transformation or strategic initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong program/project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
