Position Overview
As our Junior Finance Executive, you will be involved in forecasting, financial reporting and management information systems — with hands-on ownership of Oracle Hyperion for consolidation and planning. The role also carries exposure to key Controllership activities, making it ideal for professionals looking to build a well-rounded finance career at the intersection of analysis and controls. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills who is comfortable working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) / Hyperion Planning modules for consolidation, budgeting, and reporting cycles
• Generate Hyperion-based financial reports and provide training/support to end users as needed.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, perform load validations, and ensure data integrity across Hyperion and source ERP systems.
• Perform variance analysis, reporting and operational metrics tracking for leadership reviews
• Assist in the month-end close process — ensuring accurate GL entries, intercompany reconciliations, and ledger integrity.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with IFRS / US GAAP accounting standards for reporting and disclosures.
• Assist in preparing Board packs, investor presentations, and CFO-level management decks with clear financial narratives.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Financial Reporting.
• B.Com / M.Com graduates with FP&A experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion tools.
• Experience from the startup industry would be an added advantage.
• Highly organised, process oriented and with a keen attention to detail
