Private Equity Analyst - Real Estate Investments

What role you will play in team: You will support the team in analyzing and executing real estate investment opportunities.

What you will do: Conduct market research, financial modeling, and due diligence on real estate projects.

Key responsibility:

• Research and analyze market trends and identify potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, property valuations, and market research.
• Develop financial models to assess investment feasibility and returns.
• 
  Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review and decision-making.
• Support the deal execution process, including negotiations and closings.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of real estate investment principles and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Argus, Excel).
