Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in legal documentation related to solar projects (rooftop & utility scale)
  
• Draft and review Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, EPC Contracts, Lease Deeds
  
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, landowners, and internal teams
  
• Support in land due diligence, title verification, and compliance
  
  
• Assist in statutory approvals and regulatory documentation
  
• Maintain and organize legal records and project files
  
• Follow up for documents, approvals, and pending compliances
  
• Work closely with senior legal team for training and guidance

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic knowledge of Contract Law & Property Law
