About the Role

Jurisaan Consulting LLP is hiring motivated individuals to join our expanding Housing Disrepair Team. In this client-facing role, you will speak directly with potential clients regarding their housing condition claims and assess whether they meet the firms legal criteria.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with clients over the phone to gather case information

Analyse and assess housing disrepair claims based on firm guidelines

Use the Proclaim Case Management System (full training will be provided)

Maintain accurate records and case notes

Meet performance targets in a time-sensitive environment

Excellent spoken and written English language skills

Strong telephone manner and ability to build rapport

Clear, confident communication and admin skills

Experience working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic familiarity with legal work (preferred, not required)
