• About the Role

Jurisaan Consulting LLP is hiring motivated individuals to join our expanding Housing Disrepair Team. In this client-facing role, you will speak directly with potential clients regarding their housing condition claims and assess whether they meet the firms legal criteria.

• Key Responsibilities
• Speak with clients over the phone to gather case information
• Analyse and assess housing disrepair claims based on firm guidelines
• Use the Proclaim Case Management System (full training will be provided)
• Maintain accurate records and case notes
• Meet performance targets in a time-sensitive environment

• Strong telephone manner and ability to build rapport

• Basic familiarity with legal work (preferred, not required)
