Key Skills
- Strong account management and client relationship skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, or technology-enabled solutions (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts simultaneously
- Resolve client escalations promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
