Just Dial - Product Manager - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB

About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, numbers-driven Product Manager to drive AI-led revenue initiatives at Just Dial, with a core focus on our AI voice bot - an outbound calling system that engages non-paid vendors and converts them into scheduled appointments for membership sales. You will own the funnel end-to-end: diagnosing drop-offs, refining bot scripts, and optimizing conversion from call to confirmed appointment.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze call data and funnel metrics to identify conversion bottlenecks, such as bot-to-agent handoff and appointment confirmation rates.
• Collaborate with the bot vendor and sales to iterate on scripts and call flows.
• Track and report on key metrics: connect rate, appointment scheduled percentage, and agent confirmation rate.
• Translate data insights into concrete product and process changes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience; BTech or MBA from Tier 1 institutes only.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills and comfort with data-driven problem solving.
• High ownership mindset; obsessed with revenue impact, not just outputs.
