: Human Resource Executive (Recruitment)

Location: GIDC Metoda, Rajkot
Experience: 2-3 years (Preferred in Manufacturing/Engineering Sector)
Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring the timely acquisition of skilled talent to support the companys workforce needs. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates while maintaining a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Process:
- Identify and Source relevant candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment drives.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical assessments.
- Coordinate recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Ensure time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate are met.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Engage with candidates effectively, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus placements, and networking events.
Database Management & Compliance:
- Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline and track recruitment analytics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring practices.
- Handle documentation formalities for new hires.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with HR and department heads to improve recruitment process.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in hiring.
- Assist Conducting periodic market analysis
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of recruitment process and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of best hiring practices in the manufacturing sector.
