Job Description

: Human Resource Executive (Recruitment)

Department: Human Resources

Location: GIDC Metoda, Rajkot

Experience: 2-3 years (Preferred in Manufacturing/Engineering Sector)

Job Summary:

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring the timely acquisition of skilled talent to support the companys workforce needs. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates while maintaining a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Process:

  • Identify and Source relevant candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment drives.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical assessments.
  • Coordinate recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Ensure time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate are met.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Engage with candidates effectively, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus placements, and networking events.

Database Management & Compliance:

  • Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline and track recruitment analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring practices.
  • Handle documentation formalities for new hires.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Work closely with HR and department heads to improve recruitment process.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in hiring.
  • Assist Conducting periodic market analysis

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good understanding of recruitment process and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of best hiring practices in the manufacturing sector.
