Job Summary:

Orchids The International School is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Pre-Primary

Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a

nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The role focuses

on promoting the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of pre-primary students

through structured activities, play-based learning, and personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, engaging, and well-organized learning

environment for young children.

• Lesson Planning: Create and deliver play-based and developmentally appropriate lesson

plans in alignment with the early childhood curriculum.

• Child Development: Monitor, assess, and support the social, emotional, and cognitive

growth of each child, tailoring approaches to individual needs.

• Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents through regular

updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings.

• Activity Organization: Organize and conduct creative activities such as arts and crafts,

storytelling, music, and outdoor play to enhance children's learning and creativity.

• Collaboration

sessions, school events, and extracurricular activities to ensure a holistic learning

experience for children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A recognized ECCED/Montessory/D.ed/NTT certification or diploma.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.

• Ability to foster a creative and stimulating environment.

• Prior experience in pre-primary teaching is preferred.
