Parent Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage parent relationships through regular communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by visiting schools, attending events, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products (admissions, educational sales) to effectively address customer needs.
  
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to admissions, enrollment, or other services offered by the company.
  
• Provide career counseling and guidance to parents on various education options available in India and abroad.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• 0-5 years of experience in Admissions & Career Counselling or Sales role.
  
• Strong convincing power with excellent communication skills (spoken English).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
