Export Assistant (Rau)

• Handle end-to-end export operations for pharmaceutical products. • Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, Certificates of Origin, COO, COA, and other regulatory documents. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners for timely dispatches. • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and country-specific import/export requirements. • Liaise with manufacturing, QA, QC, warehouse, and regulatory teams to facilitate smooth order execution. • Track shipments and provide regular updates to international customers. • Manage LC, advance payments, and export-related banking documentation. • Maintain export records and ensure timely submission of statutory documents. • Resolve shipment-related issues and customer queries efficiently. • Stay updated on export policies, DGFT guidelines, and pharmaceutical export regulations.
