Job Description
Qualification: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- We are looking for a confident, proactive, and people-oriented HR to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to offer.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Confident, patient, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good coordination, logical, and people skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
