Job Title: Jr. Staff Accountant & Staff Accountant
Exp.: 1 to 3 years
Timings for (M): 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Timings for (F): 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm from office, after that 8:45 pm to 11:00 pm (Work from Home), Monday to Friday.
Office Location: Feroze Gandhi Market, Ludhiana.
English language is must due to US accounting process.
Role Description
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including maintaining ledgers, preparing financial records and reconciling accounts.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the US team to streamline accounting processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualification
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
- CA (Dropouts or Pursuing) is a plus.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Accounting CS) is a plus.
