Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to attract top talent across diverse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified
• candidates
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
• Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE
• labour laws
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and professional platforms
• Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to management

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
• Familiarity with UAE labour laws and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
