Job Description
- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Specialist to help us meet our customer acquisition and sales growth targets while maintaining our core values and innovative approach as a marketing agency. Your responsibilities will include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services, we'd like to meet you.
Your key responsibilities will be to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, actively seek out new sales opportunities through methods like cold calling, networking, and social media, achieve growth and hit sales targets, set up meetings with potential clients, and listen to their wishes and concerns. You will also prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services, mainly related to advertising and marketing, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, negotiate/close deals, handle complaints or objections, and gather feedback from customers or prospects to share with internal teams.
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role, thorough knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry, impressive communication skills and proficiency in English, excellent knowledge of MS Office, a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, be a fast learner with a passion for sales, self-motivated with a results-driven approach, have an aptitude for delivering attractive presentations, and be a graduate from a renowned university.
