Position: Academic Relationship Manager - Schools

CTC: 3,40,000(Fixed) + 85,000 (Performance-linked bonuses)

Experience Required: 0 - 3 Years

Working Model: 9:30AM to 6:30 PM | Dynamic 6-Day Work Week (aligned with the academic calendar)

Your Mission: The Engagement Architect

This isnt a traditional sales role; its a strategic partnership role. You will be the face and voice of Kalviums vision, forging lasting relationships with the educational institutions that shape our countrys

future.


Key Responsibilities

Reach Students in their Space: Identify, schedule, and visit schools in your assigned geography.

Create Interest: Conduct engaging demos, workshops, and sessions to ignite curiosity among students and faculty.

Execute High-Impact Events: Organize and run impactful activities such as seminars, parent-connects, and hackathons.

Build Lasting Relationships: Establish strong connections with school principals, coordinators, and management.

Track Data & Feedback: Collect student interest data, monitor event success, and share insights with academic teams.
