Assistant Manager- Leasing

Role & responsibilities

1. Leasing Agreements and Contracts:

- Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements and contracts with malls / partners

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal and finance teams.

2. Anchoring and Fit-Outs:

- Coordinate with tenants and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth anchoring and fit-out processes.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

3. Site Visits and Inspections:

- Conduct regular site visits to leased properties to ensure compliance with leasing agreements and company standards.

- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues.

4. SOP Creation and Implementation:

- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the leasing department.

- Ensure SOPs are aligned with company policies and procedures.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on leasing performance, including occupancy rates, rental income, and tenant retention.

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in negotiating leasing agreements and managing tenant relationships.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
