Job Description

  • Operation and Business Analyst (Bhopal)
  • Company: Kamal Krishna Builders
  • Job Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Experience Required: 24+ years
  • Role & responsibilities:
  • 1. Data Management & Excel Analysis
  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards and analytical summaries.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Organize, clean and consolidate data from multiple sources to support management decisions.
  • 2. Marketing & Financial Analysis
  • Track marketing campaigns, lead generation performance, conversion rates and marketing expenditure.
  • Prepare periodic reports comparing campaign performance, costs and business outcomes.
  • Assist with financial analysis, expense tracking, budgeting and basic profitability assessments.
  • 3. Sales Operations & CRM Support
  • Maintain and monitor CRM data, lead allocation, follow-up activity and sales pipeline reports.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely updates of customer information.
  • 4. Business Operations & Management Support
  • Work closely with management on ongoing business priorities and special projects.
  • Support implementation of new processes, software tools and operational improvements.
  • Handle ad hoc analytical, administrative and operational assignments as required.
  • Preferred candidate profile:
  • 24 years of experience in business operations, MIS reporting, sales operations, business analysis or similar roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets and other commonly used business applications.
  • Comfortable learning new software, CRM platforms and digital tools.
  • Solid analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently execute assigned tasks with accuracy and accountability.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. .
