Business Associate ( Technical Analyst)

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Associate (Product R&D) to join our team at Kamdhenu Adhesives. Your primary role will involve synthesising chemical supply data, preparing analytical reports, end-to-end coordination with key suppliers, and supporting day-to-day product development reporting/ data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Synthesize market trends, competitor activities, & materials data to create dashboards

• Prepare product reports, and documentation as needed

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, compare suppliers & key product differences.

• Place and follow up on orders, track consignments, collect product samples for key raw materials as required.

• Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for analytics, reporting and tracking and creating dashboards.
  

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech degree (with an MBA is a plus).

• Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create reports, analyze data, and manage large datasets efficiently.
