Client Services Manager

Role: Senior Client Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Success Manager to own strategic enterprise accounts, strengthen client relationships, and drive account growth, revenue expansion, retention, and long-term customer value.

This role goes beyond traditional client servicing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in account management, consulting, client success, or technology services, with a proven ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute directly or indirectly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
• Build strong relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders.
• Drive account growth, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to identify and convert opportunities within existing accounts.
• Oversee client engagements and ensure successful delivery against SOW commitments.
• Lead SOW kick-offs, sign-offs, client reviews, governance meetings, and account health discussions.
• Manage client escalations, risks, and delivery-related concerns.
• Support contract discussions, renewals, SOW amendments, and commercial negotiations.
• Track revenue growth, account profitability, retention, CSAT, and expansion metrics.
• Collaborate with Delivery, PMO, Finance, Invoicing, and Sales teams for seamless account management.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions to create additional value for clients.

What Were Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, or Technology Services.
• Strong experience managing enterprise technology clients/accounts.
• Proven exposure to revenue growth, account expansion, upselling and/or cross-selling.
• Experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or technology services.
• Strong understanding of delivery processes, SOWs, contracts, and commercial discussions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to drive business outcomes.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• PMP, CSM, CCSM, or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with CRM tools, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, and contract management platforms is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly interested in professionals who have managed enterprise accounts and have been directly or indirectly responsible for revenue growth and account expansion.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong combination of client relationship management + technology understanding + commercial acumen + business growth orientation.
