Store Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, bought-out parts, consumables, and finished goods. • Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials as per FIFO/FEFO norms. • Issue materials to production as per approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS). • Maintain accurate stock records in ERP (SAP / Tally or similar). • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile variances. • Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Logistics teams for smooth operations. • Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / 5S / safety standards in stores. • Handle scrap, rejection materials, and returnable/non-returnable items. • Monitor minimum stock levels and support inventory planning to avoid shortages. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stores reports.
