Job Title
Assistant Manager - Accounts
Experience in property developers industry is needed
Roles & Responsibility
- Statutory compliance of the group including workings, payments and returns till audit assessment closure.
2. 100% of ERP accounting and bills payment & receipt processing
3. AP/AR Leger -Monthly reconciliation
4. Budget Vs Actual- Admin/Marg/IT Expenses
5. Documentation’s ; workings for external parties like GST &IT, FI & Bank and co-ordination for closure
6. Land owner Monthly Settlement workings
7. Cash & fund flow preparations.
8. Payroll & Incentive workings and pay out
9. Internal/statutory/GST Audit Co-ordination10. Timely Reports & MIS
11. Team Development & coordination incl inter departments
12. Preparing Financials till closure
13. ROC filings and compliance for group
14. All other necessary tasks incl the activities assigned by HOD
Qualification
CA – Inter / Final or M.com or MBA - Finance
Experience
5 Years + experience in accounts.
Experience in Real Estate Industry is Must
