Chief Accountant (Production)

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant (Production) to lead our accounting operations within an FMCG / manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, full compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations, and effective control over production accounting, inventory, and cost structures.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing accounting policies, optimizing financial processes, and supporting management with timely and reliable financial information. Hands-on involvement in accounting system automation and 1C implementation is a strong advantage.

• Develop and implement accounting policies, financial regulations, and internal procedures in line with IFRS and local statutory requirements
• Manage accounting operations and ensure accurate preparation of VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory tax returns
  
• Prepare timely financial and tax reports in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Coordinate with tax authorities, regulatory bodies, and external auditors
• Provide analytical and financial support to management; resolve complex and non-standard accounting issues
• Monitor and control raw materials, components, inventory, WIP, and finished goods
• Oversee production costing and inventory valuation
• Control balances and transactions across cash, bank, settlement, loan, and credit accounts
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all income and expense transactions
• Participate in accounting automation initiatives, including 1C-based financial systems

• Ensure proper preparation, security, and retention of accounting and tax documentation
• Advise internal teams on correct documentation and statutory submission deadlines

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting standards, and local tax legislation
• Solid understanding of tax risks, taxation principles, and production costing
• Mandatory experience in Manufacturing or FMCG companies
• Experience in accounting automation and digital transformation projects
• Ability to work in a multitasking, production-driven environment
