Job Description

Skills and Background

Education:

  • A Bachelors degree is required.

Experience:

  • 3-6 years progressively responsible experience as an Atlassian Global Administrator responsible for installing, configuring, enhancing and maintaining Atlassian platforms and Atlassian Marketplace Add-Ons in an environment with >1,000 users and >100 projects.
  • Strong understanding of JQL (Jira Query Language), Jira workflows, permission management, notifications, custom fields, custom workflows and dashboards is required.
  • 2-4 years progressively responsible experience in administration of Apptio Targetprocess or similar portfolio management tools is preferred.
  • Experience configuring and supporting integrations with other tools and systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of workflows, permission management, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, end user support and training
  • Moderate/Advanced proficiency in two or more of the following: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Principals and Practices, Lean methodology, Agile methodology, Microsoft Excel, database querying applications such as SQL Server and TOAD, VBA, GIS, XML and HTML.
