Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The Human Resources Executive will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and benefits administration, to cultivate a positive workplace environment and contribute to overall organizational success.
