ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Manager
- Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms to reflect lifestyle brands and drive online sales.
- Ensure accurate, SEO-optimised product listings, smooth order fulfilment, and returns processes.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, PPC, email, SEO, and SEM.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools to track sales, customer behaviour, and conversion rates.
- Optimise customer journeys and conversion funnels to maximise revenue and ROI.
- Lead social media initiatives to increase engagement and website traffic.
- Collaborate with UX, development, marketing, sales, and revenue teams to align digital strategies.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, advertising partners, and marketing vendors.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and introduce new tools, features, and innovations.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
- Oversee online customer support standards and response quality.
- Lead the overall e-commerce strategy in line with business objectives.
- Manage Google Maps presence, ReviewPro integrations, and online reputation touchpoints.
- Maintain secure management of digital assets, platforms, and access credentials.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Fashion, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience with Synxis Channel Manager for booking engine optimization preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce platform and digital management within luxury or lifestyle sectors.

- Proficient in managing GA, Meta, and Google Ads; strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour to drive digital strategies.
- Excellent eye for design and aesthetics.
- Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent brands through digital channels.
