Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive located in Madurai. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, introducing them to Kevell Corps services, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English
- Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
