Job Purpose

To provide technical expertise and support in the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and driving project milestones to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing engineering projects from initiation to closure.

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of project components.

- Provide hands-on technical support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation including technical reports, progress updates, and compliance records.

- Track project milestones and generate status reports for stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct inspections and quality checks during various project phases.

- Liaise with vendors for procurement and technical clarifications.

- Support client meetings and presentations with technical inputs.

- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to technical innovation.

- Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

- 1-3 years of experience in project engineering or technical support roles.

- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and technical documentation.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
