Rustomjee - Head - Channel Sales

:

- Managing and Building Relations with Channel Partners

- Source and ensure to build good rapport with Channel Partners.

- Generate footfalls from existing Channel Partners and assist them to increase their conversion ratios.
- Achieve annual sales target of CP vertical as per AOP & Sales Plan
- Generate unique revisits as per AOP target
- Achieve conversion rate as per AOP
- Ensure minimum walk-ins by existing CP as per AOP target and activate dormant and push for walk-ins as per plan

- Build capability of CPs & entire CP team to improve skills and competence level
Reports & Analysis:

- Analyse the workings of other CP Teams and conduct market survey to gauge competitor behaviour.

- Prepare CP and customer data bank and ensure regular follow ups to achieve monthly targets.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure conversion of walk-ins generated through CP's.
- Coordinate with Customer Relations Team to analyse leads generated through CP's.
- Handle various events and property exhibitions held at various venues.
