Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support daily office activities at our Mylapore office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office files and records.
- Handle phone calls and greet visitors.
- Manage courier, inward/outward registers.
- Support basic documentation and data entry.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate maintenance.
- Assist in petty cash handling and bill follow-ups.
- Support sales and marketing team when required.

- Any Graduate / 12th Pass.
- 1 to 3 years of office administration experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication in Tamil & English.
- Well-organized and disciplined.
