Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Refinance Manager for Patna location. The candidate will be responsible for handling refinance business operations, customer sourcing, dealer coordination, portfolio management, and achieving business targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate refinance business through market visits and field activities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.

Handle loan inquiries, documentation, verification, and customer onboarding.

Ensure achievement of monthly business targets.

Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency.

Coordinate with collection and credit teams for smooth operations.

Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare daily activity reports and business MIS.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation in any discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial vehicle finance/refinance.

Experience in three-wheeler finance will be highly preferred.

Strong communication and team management skills.

Must possess two-wheeler and valid driving license.
