Position: Preschool Teacher

Location: Kidzee Amra Bypass Road, Varanasi

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Management & Teaching

• Conduct age-appropriate lessons using Kidzees structured curriculum.
• Create a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Plan daily activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Use storytelling, music, art, games, and play-based teaching methods.

Child Growth & Development

• Observe each childs progress and maintain individual portfolios.
• Prepare progress reports and share them with parents during PTMs.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and high standards of child care.

Parent Communication

• Communicate with parents professionally and regularly.
• Address concerns with empathy and responsibility.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities.

School Hygiene & Safety

• Follow all safety protocols and hygiene guidelines.
• Support during arrival, dispersal, meals, and transitions.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other teachers and support staff.
• Attend regular training sessions and workshops.
• Contribute positively to the school environment and culture.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate (Early Childhood Education certification preferred).
• Strong command of English and Hindi.
• Experience in early childhood education is an advantage.
• Warm, patient, and child-friendly attitude.
