Logistics Handler

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics for EV bikes, spare parts, and components.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of material.
  
• Handle inventory management, stock updates, and maintain accurate material records.
  
• Monitor GRN (Goods Receipt Note), dispatch documentation, challans, invoices, and ensure compliance.
  
• Ensure safe loading/unloading of material following company standards.
  
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates
  
  to the operations and production team.
  
• Plan logistics operations to minimize cost and improve delivery timelines.
  
• Conduct cycle count, stock audit, and resolve mismatches in coordination with the warehouse team.
  
• Maintain proper documentation related to transportation, insurance, and reverse logistics.
  
• Support in RTO-related clearance, if required for vehicles.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and EV industry quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in logistics, preferably in EV, automotive, or manufacturing industry.
  
• Strong understanding of inventory, dispatch, and transport management.
  
• Knowledge of ERP / Tally or similar inventory systems.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple logistics activities.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Basic understanding of EV components (added advantage).
  
• Strong problem-solving and planning abilities.
