Pricing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join a company based in Sharjah.

The role will lead pricing strategy, profitability, commercial analytics and price optimisation across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies across products, segments and markets
• Conduct competitor pricing, market analysis and price elasticity studies
• Analyse margins, price realization and price-volume-mix
• Develop pricing models, tools and pricing policies
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain
• Lead pricing negotiations with key customers and distributors
• Monitor raw material, packaging and COGS impact on pricing
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and profitability
• Drive pricing process improvements and best practices
• Lead and mentor a Pricing Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in Pricing Management / Pricing Strategy
• Strong B2B pricing experience, preferably across multiple sectors
• Experience in lubricants is a MUST.
• Strong knowledge of cost-based, value-based, competitive and bundled pricing
• Strong understanding of margin, profitability, COGS and PVM analysis
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic and commercially minded with strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through informal authority
• Experience with pricing tools/software and e-commerce pricing is an advantage.
