Senior Operations Associate - Ecommerce

Kirana Club is Indias largest kirana retailer community (4M+ stores). We enable commerce and supply for small retailers and are now scaling our logistics stack.

Role Overview

Youll manage day-to-day marketplace operations across first-mile and last-mile, working closely with 3PL partners, sellers/brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution.

What Youll Do

• 
  Run daily dispatch & delivery ops
• Coordinate with 3PLs for pickups, escalations, and SLA tracking
• Track performance metrics and highlight bottlenecks
• Maintain basic ops reporting (Excel/Sheets)
• Support senior ops leaders with execution and documentation

What You Must Have

• 24 years experience in e-commerce / D2C / marketplace operations

Get Hired
• Hands-on exposure to 3PL logistics (FM + LM)
• Comfortable with Excel/Sheets + basic reporting
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ownership mindset and ability to move fast

Work Mode

• Full-time, in-office (HSR, Bangalore)
• 6-day work week (MonSat)
