Job Description
- As an Architect at KL Deemed to be University, you will play a crucial role in leading the planning, design, and execution of campus infrastructure projects. Your innovative designs will contribute to the university's vision of being a world-class educational institution.
- Develop master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
- Incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces.
- Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution (Masters in Architecture preferred).
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India.
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience, preferably in educational/large-scale institutional projects.
- Proven experience in campus planning, sustainable design, and project execution.
