Hiring For Talent Acquisition Role At Knowledge Works Global

Responsibilties -
1. End to end recruitment of employees.
2. Taking requirements from the manager, understanding and identifying their needs.
3. Sourcing candidates from Job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn.
4. Scrutinizing, screening and short listing resumes based on specific criteria, skills, qualifications and relevant experience.
5. Coordinating with shortlisted candidates to brief about the job profile and organization and check their interest & availability.

6. Schedule test/ interviews with the hiring manager.
7. Keeping a systematic database of the candidates who attend the interviews/ test and of those who are finally shortlisted.
8. Post offer follow-up to sustain the interest and to ensure that the offered candidate joins.
9. Prepare and maintain recruitment tracker.

Qualifications/skills required -
- 2 to 5 years of experience into core TA role.
- Graduate (any stream) .
- Good communication skills (verbal as well as written).
- Good knowledge of Excel.
Location - Andheri, Mumbai.
