Job Description


Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and efficient collections from delinquent customers in the assigned area.
  • Drive collection efficiency across assigned products and locations.
  • Execute regular follow-ups and field visits for overdue accounts.
  • Liaise with legal and law enforcement authorities for the resolution of chronic/default accounts.
  • Handling team of Collections executives.

Required Experience, Skills, And Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, especially in collections.
  • Proven experience in managing field teams or recovery agents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle high-pressure scenarios with customers and team members.
  • Knowledge of financial documents and reporting.
  • Field experience in portfolio management and overdue collections (ID & ED cases).
  • Basic understanding of legal aspects related to recovery.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
