Job Description

You will be working with the Advanced Technologies team to contribute to the development of next-generation technologies in the domain of Kitchen and Bath consumer products by applying best design practices in Electrical and Electronics engineering. You will be working on projects independently as well as in a team environment to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

Your responsibilities will include receiving and analyzing project requests, estimating scope and timelines, collaborating with global counterparts for decision making, and leading electronics development projects. You should have a strong knowledge of hardware design including Analog, High-speed, and Mixed-signal design, as well as experience with tools like Altium and STM Cube. Additionally, you should be proficient in designing power converters, electronic components, hardware interfaces, and analog front end circuits.
Furthermore, you should be capable of developing electronic architecture, schematics, PCB layouts, and application code. Experience with embedded platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and STM32 will be beneficial. You will also be involved in activities such as technical research, competitor benchmarking, and compliance with regulatory standards.

In terms of relationships and contacts, you will report to the AD Leader and collaborate with various teams including Product Engineering, Marketing, Industrial Design, and Manufacturing. You will also interact with lab and model shop technicians, legal department, procurement, logistics team, third-party service providers, vendors, and suppliers.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Master of Engineering degree, Bachelor of Engineering degree, or Master of Science with 6 to 9 years of experience in Electronics engineering or a related field. Your ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on industry trends, and communicate effectively will be essential for success in this position.,
