Job Description
- As a Market Development Manager at Kohler Co., you will play a crucial role in strengthening the dealer network by onboarding new dealers in line with Kohler's store expansion targets in Delhi. Your responsibilities will include scouting for new stores in the assigned catchment areas, pitching to potential dealers to join the Kohler dealership network, and coordinating with internal teams for store design and timely launch.
You will be responsible for ensuring successful onboarding of dealers, including familiarizing them with Kohler's internal IT systems and Dealer policies. Additionally, you will work closely with the Learning team to ensure training of dealers, dealer staff, and store promoters. Coordinating and arranging activities for showroom opening events, show & tell events, plumber visits, and joint calls to specifiers will also be part of your role.
To excel in this position, you should have 4-7 years of sales management experience and possess strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Being mature, self-driven, and result-oriented is essential, along with a willingness to travel throughout the assigned region. An MBA in Sales/Marketing or a graduate with relevant experience is preferred for this role.
