Manager Taxation

Candidate should be CA with 4-5+ years experience having sound knowledge of Direct Taxes.

1. Experience in handling tax matters for corporate entities, preferably in real estate sector.
2. 
   Experience in handling Income-tax assessments, appeals including preparation of assessment data and submissions.
3. Experience in preparation of filing of Income Tax Returns, tax audits, transfer pricing.
4. Experience in Direct tax Compliance, TDS, Advance tax calculations and provision for tax calculations.
5. Knowledge of tax filing software, Tally ERP.
6. Experience in Due Diligence assignments.
7. Knowledge of SAP, Tally ERP, Winman.
