Job Description
- You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing solutions in Salesforce Communications Cloud, specifically focusing on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), and Order Management (OM) modules. As a Salesforce Vlocity Developer, you should possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) tools, data models, and OmniStudio. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, business analysts, and integration teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions tailored to meet telecom business requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include configuring and customizing Vlocity CPQ for guided selling, pricing rules, promotions, and quote lifecycle processes. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining the Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalog, implementing order capture flows and fulfillment logic within Order Management, and enhancing OmniStudio components like OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and integrate Communications Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools like MuleSoft.
To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) projects. Proficiency in CPQ, EPC, and Order Management within Communications Cloud, as well as hands-on experience with OmniStudio tools, are essential requirements. A strong understanding of Vlocity data models, product modeling, pricing, and rules engines will be crucial for success in this role.

Moreover, you should have experience integrating Salesforce Industries with external systems using APIs and middleware, familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative Salesforce development tools, and knowledge of version control, DevOps processes, and CI/CD deployment for Vlocity datapacks. Holding Salesforce certifications such as Industries CPQ Developer or OmniStudio Developer would be advantageous. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills will be key attributes that you should possess to thrive in this role.,
