Roles and responsibilities:


Factory Audit & Statutory Compliance Management

Audit Readiness: Lead and manage all HR-related aspects of internal, external, and customer/social compliance factory audits

Documentation & Records: Ensure 100% accuracy, completeness, and availability of all essential HR documentation for immediate audit inspection, including:

Personnel files, attendance/leave records, wage/payroll data, and statutory registers.

Contractor compliance documentation and licenses.

Contract Labor Management: Oversee and audit third-party contractors to ensure their workforce meets all statutory requirements, including minimum wages, social security, and safe working conditions.


Strategic HR & Workforce Planning

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and production goals.

Manage organizational structure by ensuring up-to-date job descriptions, organizational charts, and competency mapping for all factory roles.

Provide data and insights to management on workforce planning, headcount management, and HR metrics

Employee Relations & Welfare

Serve as a bridge between management and employees, effectively addressing grievances, demands, and disciplinary issues.

Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting Konark Group's values and culture.

Oversee employee welfare activities, including managing the canteen, transport, and statutory welfare funds (e.g., PF, ESI).


Compensation & Benefits

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, wages, and bonuses in compliance with legal and internal standards.

Administer the site's compensation and benefits programs, including provident fund, gratuity, and insurance schemes


Males are preferred. Having experience in Spine software will be added advantage.
