Screen resumes and job applications to assess qualifications and fit for open roles.
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Actively source and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions.
Extend job offers and negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms.
Ensure the recruitment process is compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Assist with new-hire paperwork and the initial onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
