About the Role: We&aposre seeking a talented Full Stack Developer who can bridge the gap between frontend and backend development, creating seamless, end-to-end solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the entire technology stack and have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies.

Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining full-stack web applications, taking ownership of features from conception to deployment while ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

Architecting and implementing backend services and APIs while creating intuitive user interfaces that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.

Contributing to technical architecture decisions and providing guidance on both frontend and backend best practices to improve overall system design.

Participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a culture of code quality and technical excellence across the stack.

Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability while implementing security and data protection measures.

Designing and implementing microservices architecture, including service communication patterns and distributed systems.

Technical Requirements:

Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular or Vue 3. We use Vue 3

Solid experience with backend development using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot 3

Experience with Gradle build tool and dependency management

Strong experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture

Experience with message brokers and event-driven architecture (RabbitMQ/Kafka)

Experience with RESTful APIs and modern API technologies (REST, OpenAPI)

Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL

Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, NPM, Vite)

Understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization techniques Additional Requirements:

3-6 years of professional full-stack development experience

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Experience with agile development methodologies

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly

Experience with testing methodologies and writing both frontend and backend tests

Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility

Knowledge of software architecture patterns and microservices

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka)

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles

Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools

Experience with automated testing and continuous integration
