Position / Title
Business Development Representative / Senior Business Development Representative (Native Arabic speaker)
Position Summary
We are looking for a Business Development professional with experience of engaging with equivalent VP and C Level Executives. Your role is to relentlessly identify new Sales opportunities via Outbound Telephone calls, LinkedIn and Email campaigns. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, nurturing & navigating through existing customer relationships.

Onsite in our Dubai office (Remote employees will not be considered)
Responsibilities
- Utilize Telephone, LinkedIn and Email to generate new sales opportunities by engaging CXO/VP level contacts in the Middle East Enterprise Segment
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services through consultative conversations. Doing deep account research to identify the right set of Economic and Functional buyers to approach
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities through repeatable nurture motion
- Update and maintain Hubspot CRM and various other marketing systems accurately
- Set up discovery meetings between customer contacts and sales executives.
- Outbound business development experience, with a consistent track record of setting up discovery calls and creating qualified opportunities
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Experience working in the Middle East Market (Experience in SAAS/CX/EX Space)
- A strong understanding of the Sales & Marketing Funnel
- Proficiency with CRM's like Hubspot (preferred) or Salesforce and other tools such as 6Sense, Outreach.io, Loom, Orum etc

- Degree preferred but not essential.
