Position: Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a Senior Finance professional to lead Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Controlling for India operations. This role will manage end-to-end financial processes, ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, oversee audits, maintain strong internal controls, and support strategic initiatives such as M&A, system implementations, and regulatory changes. You will also lead a small finance team and act as a key business partner across functions.
Key Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing finance.
- Strong technical knowledge of Ind AS and US GAAP.
- Experience managing audits, internal controls, and statutory reporting (Big 4 exposure preferred).
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Team management experience (24 members).
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused, with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
