We are looking for a HR Strategy Lead for one of the Distribution Channels at HO to work on strategic HR initiatives, partner with senior leadership, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with Distribution Channel Heads and Business HR Head to understand specific talent needs within the distribution channel.
- Implement agile talent acquisition strategies to adapt to changing business requirements quickly.
- Leverage Scrum methodology to enhance efficiency in the recruitment process.
- Ensure continuous improvement in candidate experience.
Talent Management:
- Work with Distribution Channel Heads to identify critical skills and competencies required for the success of the channel.
- Implement agile talent development programs to address immediate skill gaps and anticipate future needs.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to enhance collaboration and communication within the HR team and with business leaders.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve talent management practices.
Performance Management:
- Introduce agile performance management practices to align individual goals with changing business priorities.
- Collaborate with Business HR Head to ensure performance appraisal processes reflect the dynamic nature of the distribution channel.

Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with Distribution Channel Heads and Business HR Head to enhance the employer brand within the distribution channel.
Career Management:
- Work with Distribution Channel Heads to identify career paths and growth opportunities within the distribution channel.
Education & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
- MBA from Premium B-School only
- Exceptionally high on analytical and quantitative ability
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
- Ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex information and recommendations, Hands on with AI tools, PowerPoint & Excel
