Job Description
Kounsel is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! This is a 100% commission-based opportunity where you will sell healthcare credentialing services and counseling services through our innovative platform.

Job Type: Remote | Part-Time | Full-Time | ContractCompensation: Commission-based with performance bonuses (10-20% of the product price + monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses)What you will do:Identify and target potential healthcare professionals, practices, and organizations that require credentialing services (Insurance, CAQH, NPI).
Identify and target potential clients who need healthcare services through our user-friendly app.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate and close sales effectively.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Conduct product demos and provide consultations on the benefits of our app and services.
Track sales activities and client communications in CRM.
Work independently to manage your pipeline and close deals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of commission-based sales experience (Healthcare/Insurance preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent in managing leads.
- A passion for sales, healthcare, and achieving results.
