Job Summary:

Were seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team of talented developers. As a .NET Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the full-stack of our web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, and ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of.NET developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying robust applications.
• Collaboration: Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure the quality and maintainability of codebases.
• Project Management
  
  : Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within specifications.
• Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Solution Implementation: Design and implement scalable web services (WCF, WebAPI) and client-side applications, ensuring theyre optimized for performance and reliability.
• Maintenance and Support: Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing applications.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 2.5-7 years in software development with expertise in.NET technologies (C#, .Net Core).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in WCF and WebAPI for building web services, along with solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• .NET Framework version 4 - 4.8 (Web Forms, MVC)
• .NET Core 3.1+ (WebAPI, MVC)
• .NET 5+ (WebAPI, MVC)

Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies, driving efficiency in project delivery.

Additional Skills: Familiarity with cloud services (Azure), database management (SQL Server), and design patterns (MVC, MVVM).
